D’aurelia ships within the EU & Switzerland . Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

If you´d like to cancel your order,please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at connect@daurelia-shop.info . After this window, we may have already started processing your order and wont be able to guarantee a cancellation

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn´t been shipped yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at connect@daurelia-shop.info, and we´ll be happy to help

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Processing times are typically 2-3 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days within Germany and 3-7 business days within the EU and 7-14 to Switzerland. You´ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
